Looking For Blogger Friends

Hello.... Is anybody out there? I mean, are you lonely? There are so many bloggers out there who do not notice your existence. Sad? Don't be shy. Try to expose yourself. As a new blogger, you must be brave. Don't wait for others to come to your blog. You must have your own effort then try to visit and follow them first. 

My suggestions are :

1. Visit famous bloggers who have thousands of followers in the Google Friend Connect widget. Try to follow the follower's blog by clicking on the photo icon and leave your blog link (wishing that they will visit and follow you back). But remember do not force them to follow you back.
2. Expose your blog by joining segments, contests and giveaways from bloggers.
3. When visiting others' blogs, try to visit the blogs in the blog list, could be their close friend or family members.
4. To be noted, when visiting others' blogs, try to leave your footprint whether in shoutbox or leaving comment in the blog post to let the owner know that you had visited the blog.

You may try these and will be happy later... peace no worries... (^_^)

Do you appreciate your blog? Most of bloggers forgot about this. After having a blog, do not simply leave it like that. What I mean here is, try to customize your blog. Make it cheerful and alive.

For personal blog, a blog is like an electronic diary which consist of your everyday life. So, you might want your readers to come back later. This is called loyal readers.

My suggestions are :

1. Change your blog appearance periodically could be once in 3 months time
2. Make variety of blog post. Not just simple concentrate in one interest or preference.
3. Cheer up your blog by doing Giveaway, Segment or Contest. This will appreciate your readers and let them have something from you.
4. Update your blog.
5. Blogwalking to other blog. Let others know your existence.
6. Leave comments on others's blog

The most important thing here is your blog must have visitors daily. That's how you appreciate your blog and make it interesting for other people to always stick to your blog.

Name your blog wisely. Please do consider this matter as it will affect the whole life of your blog. This is the first thing that you need to do when you want to create a blog.

2. Using your nick name
3. Short
4. Easy for your readers to remember

Your blog name is important. Another way for your readers to have a general view about your blog. If you are using longer name, there will be difficulties in typing the URL of your blog or even mistyping error will happen.

To be a blogger and having blog to be updated all the time, you may or may not have the writing skills. Writing a blog post is just simply expressing ideas or opinions. It could be right or wrong. You may also write about your experience, your everyday life or could be anything. What I say here... everything is possible...

So do not worry too much if you don't have skill to write. People tend to do mistakes but we can make changes and do the right thing from time to time. Believe me! At first you may be awkward but later on you begin to enjoy and in a few minutes you can finish writing one blog post.

To make you blog post a bit interesting, you may put photos or pictures so that your readers do not easily get bored. Pictures tell everything and your readers will have the clear view of what you are saying about. Know your readers interests and try to write variety of blog post...

Can you imagine if you have thousands of blog posts, and you or your readers need to find a specific keyword to get the information..  so do you get what I mean? If you do not add the search box in your blog then have to find one by one in the blog archives. So pity...

How To Add Search Box In Blogger

Go to Layout interface in your dashboard and Add A Gadget. Next find  the Search Box gadget and click on the options below.

When you finished, do not forget to save and then rearrange the location in your side bar. After that refresh your blog and you will see, the search box is now activated.

I am a blogger... what should I do for people to know this blog? So... the next step is try to find friends. Getting friends from blogger community. At the same time, getting traffic from the outsiders. At least, your blog has visitors.

The term blogwalking... blogjogging.. blogcrawling are having the same meaning by visiting other blog and leave a message in the shoutbox or comment their post entry so that the owner of the blog will know that you had came to their blog. Sooner or later, the owner of the blog that you had visited, will visit you back. Please bare in mind, that let's say you have visited 10 blogs, you won't get back 10 visit yet. Not all the owner of the blog are online during your visit and some maybe won't pay your visit back at all.

I am not that good enough but I always make sure that everyday I must blogwalking so that I can get to know other bloggers, their preferences, culture as well as others. Being a silent reader also for famous and glamour blogger... 

Am I A Blogger?

Am I a blogger? Hmmm.. Not really. Just only I have a blog and posting my story in this blog. A blogger a very subjective word. Being a blogger not as hard as you feel or think. Just simply write down whatever came out in your mind and then publish in your blog. That's it. Anything that is possible to be shared with others although there is nobody visit your blog. At first, you're nobody but sooner or later you will be somebody.

Having your own perspective views... your own thoughts.. your own knowledge... your own experiences. Like an electronic diary but can be shared. These are the precious things in your life. Don't simply forget your ability. Be original. Do not copy and paste other people's property.

And as for me.... just smiling... a blogger is also a career...
